Wellness Resources

As part of our commitment to the well-being of veterinary technologists, the ABVTA offers a range of wellness resources that are easily accessible to all ABVTA members.

One of the resources available to all members, including their family (16+) is Togetherall, an inclusive online community that provides a safe space for anonymous peer-to-peer support, guided self-help courses, and a wide array of resources to help navigate various aspects of mental health. Whether seeking support or wish to enhance emotional well-being, Togetherall is here to assist.

Additionally, through ABVMA membership, RVTs have access to the ABVMA’s Member Assistance Program, offering expert assistance, counseling services, and support tailored to your unique needs.

Listed below is some additional information and a variety of wellness resources. Additional information can be found in the ABVTA members portal (login required).
