We are looking for that stand out, amazing, multi-tasking, customer service superstar to become our next practice manager! The hours are flexible and FT, ~24-40h/week and pay is based on experience. Benefits included.
Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years HR/management experience (in human or animal practice). You would be responsible for the day to day things such as:
ensuring compliance with regulatory board(s)
helping us maintain our highest level of customer service via mentoring, training and inspiring the team
all areas of HR related to hiring/maintaining support team
working with the owners, associates and other team members to maintain and enhance client experience, patient care as well as maintain team morale
addressing and resolving any concerns that may come up internally or with client experiences
social media management
ability to troubleshoot basic IT with or without further assistance from IT supports. It’s an added bonus if you’re versed with Avimark veterinary software
staff scheduling
keeping up with property and equipment maintenance needs (HVAC servicing, x-ray inspection etc)
ensuring all AP related items are provided to bookkeeper in a timely fashion
