Registered Veterinary Technologist

Rockyview Pet Vets is an inviting small animal practice that is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technologist who is reliable, motivated, proactive and team focused. This candidate must have a strong interest in working in a dynamic environment that provides compassionate, patient-centered care to animals and their families.

Experienced RVTs or new graduates are welcome. Come grow your skills and experience in a work environment where mentorship is our standard.

Qualifications:
– Diploma in Veterinary Technology, successfully completed VTNE

– Strong verbal and written communication skills

– Ability to work well in a team environment

– Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

– Proper phone etiquette

Would be considered an asset:

– Experience working in a veterinary clinic or hospital

– Experience with veterinary software

– Knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment

– Proficiency in administering medications and treatments
