Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT) to join our dedicated team. As an RVT at Peak Veterinary Hospital, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. You will work alongside our veterinarians, providing support in surgery, diagnostics, treatments, and client education. Key Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in surgeries, treatments, and diagnostic procedures
• Perform laboratory tests, radiographs, and anesthesia monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
• Provide compassionate care for hospitalized patients, including monitoring vitals and administering fluids
• Educate clients on proper pet care, post-treatment instructions, and preventive health measures
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols
• Assist in managing inventory, stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications

• Current registration as a Registered Veterinary Technologist (RVT)
• Strong technical skills in anesthesia, surgery assistance, and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Compassion for animals and a desire to promote animal welfare
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Commitment to continued learning and professional development

Wage
$22 – $30 per hour depending on experience
