Workshops & Tours

  • Each workshop or tour comes with an additional cost beyond your conference registration. To secure your spot, we recommend early registration, as space is limited.

A group discount is available to organizations and practices sending three or more staff to the conference. All individuals must be registered at the same time, under the same organization and will receive a 10% discount on each registration.

It’s important to note that the group discount does not apply to the following categories:

  • Student Registration
  • Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration
  • Guest Registration

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • A full refund will be issued up to April 10, 2024
  • Cancellations made between April 10, 2024 to April 24, 2024 will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made after April 24, 2024 will not be refunded
